This privacy policy explains how Twaja Advanced Engineering (“Twaja”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you use Peiz. Twaja Advanced Engineering is in the process of registration.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Peiz, we may collect:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, phone number, email address, account identifiers, and authentication information;
• Payment and deliverable information, such as payment amounts, senders, receivers, goods or services, deliverables, completion confirmations, expiry dates and times, cancellations, status changes, timestamps, fees, and related records;
• Payment processing information, such as transaction references, provider responses, and payment status. Payment credentials may be handled directly by payment providers rather than stored by Peiz;
• Content and communications, such as information you submit about deliverables, conflicts, support requests, feedback, and messages sent to us;
• Device, usage, and security information, such as device identifiers, application activity, log data, IP address, and information used to detect misuse or protect accounts; and
• Information from service providers or public sources, where reasonably necessary to operate Peiz, verify information, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

How we collect information

We collect information:

• Directly from you when you register, define or participate in a payment, update deliverables, report a conflict, contact support, or otherwise use Peiz;
• Automatically when you interact with the application, website, or related services; and
• From payment providers, financial institutions, mobile network operators, other payment participants, or service providers involved in delivering Peiz.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate Peiz;
• Create and maintain accounts and payment records;
• Process, confirm, and communicate payment-related actions and fees;
• Show relevant payment and deliverable progress to participating senders and receivers;
• Apply payment expiry and cancellation rules;
• Review and help resolve reported conflicts;
• Secure accounts, assess registration and continued eligibility, prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and misuse, and investigate reported issues;
• Provide support and communicate important service or policy updates;
• Maintain records and comply with legal or regulatory obligations; and
• Understand usage, fix problems, and improve Peiz.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

• Payment participants, so senders and receivers can see the information needed to understand and complete their shared payment;
• Payment, resolution, and infrastructure providers, including financial institutions, mobile network operators, arbitration or conflict-resolution providers, hosting providers, messaging providers, analytics providers, and other vendors that help operate Peiz;
• Authorities or authorized parties, where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, enforce rights, or respond to a lawful request; and
• A successor organization, if Twaja is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the Peiz business.

Service providers may process information only for the services they provide and subject to their own legal obligations and applicable agreements.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including secure transmission, access controls, monitoring, and security-focused infrastructure practices.

No service can guarantee absolute security. You should protect access to your device and account and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Peiz, maintain payment records, provide support, protect security, prevent fraud and repeated misuse, enforce registration or access restrictions, resolve conflicts, and comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

After an account is deleted, we may retain some information for a period of time for service provision, security, and fraud protection. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it is held.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and necessary verification, you may ask us to:

• Provide access to personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Delete eligible personal information; or
• Answer questions about how your information is handled.

To request deletion of your Peiz account, open the app and go to Settings, select Account and security, then select Quit Peiz and confirm the deletion dialogue.

Some information may not be deleted immediately or may need to be retained for service provision, payment records, conflict resolution, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Deleting your account may also affect your ability to access payment records.

Age requirement

Peiz is intended only for people aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create or use a Peiz account.

Third-party services

Peiz may connect to payment providers, financial institutions, mobile network operators, websites, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as Peiz develops or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
