Terms of use
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Peiz, a service operated by Twaja Advanced Engineering (“Twaja”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Twaja Advanced Engineering is in the process of registration. Peiz helps people define payments for goods or services, record deliverables, follow progress, and manage the release of money.
By creating an account, using Peiz, or accepting these terms in the application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Peiz.
Who may use Peiz
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the payment arrangement you create or join.
Useful terms
- A sender is the person sending money in view of services being done or goods being received.
- A receiver is the person who may receive the money after the relevant deliverables are completed or goods are received.
- Deliverables are the goods, services, tasks, or other things that need to be provided or completed.
- A payment is a payment instruction or record created through Peiz.
- Payment details include the amount, sender, receiver, deliverables, status, and other information connected to a payment.
- The expiry is the optional date and time set by the sender by which all deliverables should be completed.
What Peiz does
Peiz is designed to give senders and receivers greater clarity and assurance. The sender creates a payment, sets the amount, and defines its deliverables. Either the sender or receiver can mark individual deliverables done. When all deliverables are done, the sender confirms that the deliverables are complete, and the money is released.
The sender may set an expiry date and time. If the expiry passes before all deliverables are done, the payment is cancelled.
Peiz does not provide the underlying goods or services and is not a party to the arrangement between a sender and receiver. Each user remains responsible for deciding whether to participate and for fulfilling their obligations to the other participant.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account and device.
Tell us promptly at hello@peiz.app if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed or used without permission.
Registration and access restrictions
To protect our users and help us provide Peiz safely and reliably, we may refuse registration or temporarily or permanently restrict a person’s access to Peiz where we reasonably know or suspect that the person has been involved in fraud, spam, abuse, unlawful activity, attempts to misuse payment services, or other activity that may create risk or harm.
This may be based on activity identified while using Peiz or relevant activity known before a person registers or begins using Peiz. We may also restrict or suspend access while we investigate suspected misuse, comply with legal obligations, respond to a payment provider, or protect Peiz and its users.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may request more information from the affected person or explain available steps for review. We may keep some information about restricted users where reasonably needed to protect users, prevent fraud and repeated misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Payment details and user responsibilities
Before confirming a payment or taking an action that may affect money, you must review the payment details and make sure they are correct.
Senders and receivers are responsible for:
- Clearly describing the goods or services, amount, deliverables, and what completion means;
- Providing accurate participant and payment information;
- Providing the agreed goods or completing the agreed deliverables;
- Communicating honestly about progress and completion;
- Marking individual deliverables done only when they are complete;
- Confirming all deliverables complete, as the sender, only when they are complete; and
- Keeping their own records where needed for business, tax, or legal purposes.
Payment processing may depend on third-party payment providers, financial institutions, mobile network operators, or other service providers. Their terms, processing times, limits, and availability may also apply.
Fees
Peiz charges fees based on the payment amount. The sender pays the applicable Peiz fees. Any applicable fee should be shown to the sender before the sender confirms the relevant payment action.
If a conflict requires arbitration or another resolution process, related fees may be deducted from the payment amount. After those fees are deducted, the remaining amount may be sent to the receiver, refunded to the sender, or split between the sender and receiver according to the outcome of the resolution process.
Conflicts
If a sender or receiver reports a conflict, Peiz may pause or restrict payment actions while the issue is reviewed or referred to an available resolution process.
Both participants must provide accurate information and reasonably cooperate with requests made to understand or resolve the conflict. The detailed conflict and arbitration process will be communicated through Peiz or the applicable resolution provider.
Acceptable use
You must not use Peiz to:
- Commit fraud, misrepresent deliverables or payment details, or deceive another user;
- Buy, sell, or facilitate illegal goods, services, or activity;
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
- Infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of Peiz; or
- Avoid applicable payment rules, sanctions, or legal requirements.
User content
You retain ownership of information and material you submit through Peiz. You give Twaja non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Peiz, comply with law, and resolve reported issues.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide the content and that it is accurate and lawful.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Peiz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at a particular time. We may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of Peiz for maintenance, security, compliance, or product improvement.
Disclaimers
Peiz provides tools for recording and coordinating payments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Peiz does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, delivery, or completion of goods, services, or deliverables, or the accuracy of information supplied by a user. Users are responsible for monitoring and acting before any payment expiry.
Peiz is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twaja is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Peiz, third-party payment services, user-provided information, or the conduct of a sender or receiver.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Leaving Peiz and deleting your account
You may stop using Peiz at any time. To request deletion of your account in the Peiz app, go to Settings, select Account and security, then select Quit Peiz and confirm the deletion dialogue.
We may retain some information for a period of time after deletion where reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain payment records, protect security, prevent fraud, resolve conflicts, or comply with legal obligations.
We may temporarily or permanently suspend or end access where a user materially breaches these terms, creates risk or harm, uses Peiz unlawfully, or where restriction is reasonably required by a payment provider or applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Peiz develops or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated terms and revise the “Last updated” date. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
Your continued use of Peiz after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
